Focus on staying connected to your friends and loved ones. This can be done through social media, phone calls, or even video chats. Staying connected with the people who care about you will help you feel supported and loved.
Finally, remember that this situation is temporary. The war will eventually end and peace will return to the world. Until then, we must all do our best to control our anxiety and focus on the positive aspects of life.
