When I get into bed and snuggle up under my weighted blanket, I instantly feel more relaxed. It’s like getting a big hug from someone, and it’s very comforting.
I’ve also noticed that I sleep better when I use the blanket, and I wake up feeling more rested and less anxious. I’m not sure if it’s the deep pressure stimulation or just the fact that it’s really cosy, but either way, I’m a fan!

Most weighted blankets weigh between four and 25 pounds. One would usually choose a blanket that is around one tenth their weight, or just slightly heavier. It’s a matter of personal preference.
When it comes to size, choose a blanket that is big enough to cover your entire body when you’re using it. Weighted blankets typically come in twin, full, queen, and king sizes.
